Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, go to bottom of homepage and click link to complete the return. You can also contact us at bristolapparel@gmail.com with any questions about the return process. If your return is accepted a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package will provided. Items sent back to us without being processed on-line will not be credited. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt/arrival and contact us immediately if there is a defective (that has not been noted), damaged or if you received the wrong item, at which point we can evaluate the issue and correct accordingly.


Exceptions / NON-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned without a photograph of unknown defect, issue or reason. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please consider it could take 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
